Zac Efron shirtless photos is a category in the world of digital media that never loses a captive audience. The evidence has once again been proven and further amplified when the “Neighbors” still of the sexy actor was released. His recently uncovered shirtless image from movie “Neighbors” has enabled bloggers and tweens alike to celebrate the newest round of fresh attention bestowed at the young Hollywood heartthrob.

Zac’s shirtless pic at the set of his new movie, “Neighbors,” where he plays the head of a frat house instantly went viraland landed on major entertainment outlets as soon as it was distributed by Universal Pictures.

The 25-year-old star looks buff and sexy in the image as he shows off his washboard abs while grilling food in a scene for the film. His beautiful face and great body earned him a well-deserve compliment from his “Neighbors” co-star, Seth Rogen.

“Zac Efron is incredibly handsome,” Seth said on a May 1 event. “I did a scene with him, and we’re both shirtless, and it was a very humbling experience. I marveled at the fact that we’re literally the same species.”

Of course, since Zac Efron and shirtlessness is a combination nobody would complain about, it is helpful to attention that many has caught a glimpse of his glistening abs at the set of his other movie “Townies.”

Kristen Stewart romance a myth

Many have observed that since the Hollywood heartthrob’s romance with Maika Monroe proved to be short-lived, love for Zac is almost non-existent. But a recent rumor, which has since been confirmed to be untrue gave the Zac Efron love news a temporary headline.

Earlier reports suggest that the handsome teen idol is still single and that news about Zac Efron and Kristen Stewart dating is unfounded.

A close source said that the “Twilight” star thinks that Zac is too buff and that she prefers “skinnier and more hipster type of guys,” according to Gossip Cop.

Hmm, maybe living next to Zac Efron and Dave Franco isn’t a good thing…at least in their new movie Neighbors.

We shared some stills from the film with you over the weekend and now we have the first official trailer for the film from MTV.

Neighbors tells the story of Mac Radner (Seth Rogen) and his wife, Kelly (Rose Byrne), a married couple that are in need of some next-door friends, but when a fraternity moves one house down from them, their attempts to reach out the house leader (Efron) doesn’t go over so well. The married couple and their new baby don’t mix well with explosive ragers, horny college kids and the “balloons” that are left on their lawn the next morning. What results is a dangerous game of back and forth between the Radners and the fraternity brothers of Delta Psi. The frat throws a big party in their backyard complete with fireworks, so the Randers cut off their power. The Radners cut the power, so Delta Psi installs airbags into Mac’s chair at this office. Needless to say, things get out of hand.
